Does my subscription automatically renew?

Yes. Your chatGTS subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Key Details

• We will charge you the subscription price at each billing cycle (monthly or quarterly) until you cancel.
• You should cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.
• After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for.

How to Manage Your Subscription

• To cancel, visit the Cancellation Hub and follow the prompts.
• To reactivate a previously cancelled subscription, log in to your account and select Reactivate my subscription.
