Refund Policy

Refunds, billing, trials, renewals, and cancellations for [Legal Entity, LLC]subscriptions are governed by our Terms & Conditions. Please refer to:

• Terms & Conditions §13 — Subscription and Payment Terms (trials, plans, billing cycles, renewals, and our no-refund policy)
• Terms & Conditions §15 — Cancellation (how and when to cancel to avoid the next billing cycle)

In short: purchases and renewals are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law; canceling stops future billing but does not generate a refund or proration for the current billing period, and your access continues until the end of that period. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before your renewal date via Cancel Subscription.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@chatgts.com within fifteen (15) days of the charge date, as described in the Terms.
