If you were unaware of charges from chatGTS appearing on your statement, this is likely from a recurring subscription. If you used a credit card or digital wallet to sign up you will see CHATGTS on your bank statement. If you used PayPal, you will see chatgts.com on the receipts.
Understanding Your Charges
This charge is for your recurring subscription with chatGTS. Our subscription plans include:
- Trial: $1.25 seven-day trial
- Monthly: $29.99/month
- Quarterly: $49.99/quarter
We charge you the subscription price at each billing cycle until you cancel. There are no hidden fees — our pricing is transparent.
What to Do
- Cancel Your Subscription — If you no longer wish to be charged, visit the Cancellation Hub to cancel immediately. It takes less than 60 seconds.
- Request a Refund — If you believe the charges were made in error, contact our support team at support@chatgts.com with your account email and reason for the dispute.
